Very bad experience at Jubilee Ridge. As a female guest I would say the people working at Jubilee ridge have ZERO manners. They speak disrespectfully when one calls to order food. Nobody helps with bags at the main door. While many uniform suited men stand and watch instead of helping with suitcase over the steps at the entry. They avoid eye contact at breakfast buffet so as to avoid any requests we make. Room are comfortable and clean and well maintained. But staff is disappointing and disrespectful. Hospitality is not just good rooms. Staff at Jubilee Ridge needs to learn how to talk to guests. Even after informing about mannerless way of talking no apology provided. And no call back to ask if we would still like to order. Ordering from swiggy now. Thank god for swiggy we shall not sleep empty stomach after a long day of work.

Have stayed at the Jubilee Ridge a couple of times in the last few months. Every visit is great. The staff are all friendly and ever helpful. Rooms are always neat and clean. The buffer breakfast is wholesome and delicious. Look out for Shahid at the restaurant. He is always smiling and makes some really good filter coffee.
